James Comey’s reasoning on sending a letter to Congress

“That has to be part of (FBI) director Comey’s motivation for issuing the letter because he knew somebody like (The Wall Street Journal’s) Devlin Barrett, who we had on (the show) yesterday, was completely sourced in the story. (Comey) didn’t want to see a story on the front page of The Wall Street Journal with the leaked information.
